Google Server Key API restriction is not removed -


i noticed strange behaviour in google api console. added ip adress restriction on server key , worked fine: restriction behaving expected. afterward tried torevert "no restriction" situation. console did not show error , restriction seems removed (i have again yellow alert notice), restriction still blocking google cloud messages i'm trying send previous unauthorized ip adress.

for instance cannot add new ip adress, since may vary.

do know if i'm doing wrong?
