jquery - Moodle: Javascript errors preventing SCORM package loading? -


i'm new here , having issues on moodle site through provide online training. upload scorm packages moodle , have had issue stopping scorm packages loading or taking long time load.

we receive scorm error "scorm player has determined internet connection unreliable or has been interrupted. if continue in scorm activity, progress may not saved. should exit activity , return when have dependable connection".

however, have tried number of different internet points , devices, same problem reoccurring. therefore contacted our hosting provider, replied:

i had same issue message scorm player has determined internet connection unreliable or has been interrupted on moodle servers, server working fine , work saved correctly.

my solutions two:

  1. set bigger timeout (by default, moodle check internet connection 2 seconds timeout). can set parameter in 5, 7 or 10 seconds. can set value on lib/yui/src/checknet/js/checknet.js (search request checknet.txt file)

  2. remove checknet functionality. can comment 2 lines on /mod/scorm/player.php. lines need comment these:

     $page->requires->string_for_js('networkdropped', 'mod_scorm');  $page->requires->yui_module('moodle-core-checknet', 'm.core.checknet.init', array(array(      'message' => array('networkdropped', 'mod_scorm'),  )));

this not solution server works wrong, solution server works fine time of ajax response more 2 seconds.
