Handler$Initializer NoClassDefFoundError when starting any Java applet in any browser -


what problem?

i cannot open java applet browser. there grey box. enabled logging in java console , found error:

basic: error: not initialize class com.sun.deploy.net.protocol.https.handler$initializer. java.lang.noclassdeffounderror: not initialize class com.sun.deploy.net.protocol.https.handler$initializer

my setup windows 7, jre 8 u 111, jdk 8 u 111

what tried?

reistalling java, restarting browser, system, deleted registry keys. thought might connected other jdk version aligning versions did not help.

i appreaciate or clues how fix it.

qt - QML MouseArea onWheel event not working properly when inside QML Scrollview -
