you don't need use set-itemproperty ,the below code should fine changing property readonly:

 get-childitem "d:\testfolder" | %{$_.isreadonly = $true}

you can same set-itemproperty:

 get-childitem "d:\testfolder" | get-itemproperty | set-itemproperty -name isreadonly -value $false

qt - QML MouseArea onWheel event not working properly when inside QML Scrollview -
